Today we went to the calendar.
It is Tyrone's birthday!
Tyrone is six.
We have two friends that are six.
That is more than yesterday.
We went to lunch.
We had cheeseburgers.
But no cheese.
We drew pictures of what we can do in the winter.
In the winter, we can....
-make snow angles.
-make snow balls.
-run and jump in snow.
-make chicken and rice.
-make hot chocolate and coco.
-make hot soup.
-read books.
-make a snowman.
We watched a movie about mammals.
Goats are mammals.
Dolphins and whales are mammals.
An animal is a mammal because it came from a mommy's stomach.
It did not come from an egg.
A mammal's mommy gives it milk.
A mammal's mommy takes care of it.
We wrote about mammals.
In math we learned ordinal numbers.
Ordinals help us know order.
We found the dinosaurs.
We knew where they were in the line.
We listened to directions to know what color to put our cubes.
First was yellow.
Second was orange.
Third was green.
Fourth was blue.
Fifth was red.
We made them all the same.
And they were equal length.
We went outside.
It was fun.
No rain.
We went to the park.
We had a good day!
