Day 69

Today is #69.

We learned at the calendar.
We are making a pattern on a calendar.
It has a Christmas tree, mitten, bell.
Today was a mitten.

We read Mrs. McNosh Hangs up her Wash.
We drew pictures of what happens first.

Mrs. McNosh does the wash.

We drew pictures of what happens next.

Mrs. McNosh hangs up her wash on the clothes line.

We drew pictures of what happens last.

Mrs. McNosh hangs herself in a comfortable chair on the clothes line.

We went to lunch.
We had corn dogs and taco salad.
It was good!
Mrs. F. said her taco salad was superber.

We learned about animal coverings.

Today we wrote about kanagroos.
Kanagroos have fur and skin.
We wrote about it.
Hair is like fur.
We have hair.

In math, we counted dots and matched numbers.
It was a game, but it was a test too!
We got to switch games.
We did good on our games.
It was fun.
We worked in math centers.

We had guidance.
Ms. McClure came to our room.
She taught us about caring and sharing.
We talked about Franklin.
We watched it too.
It was called Franklin helps out.

We didn't go outside.
It is raining.

We worked in centers.
We read a book about a deer.
He had a red nose.
The deer was Ruldoph.
The book is called Ruldoph, the Red Nosed Reindeer.
He had a big nose.
His friends called him names.
They didn't like him, because of his nose.
He was nice, and ended up being a hero.
We shouldn't be a bully to friends.
We should like them even if they look different.
