Day 131

Today is number one hundred thirty one.
We have 49 more days of Kindergarten.
We unpacked our book bags.
Some friends went to breakfast.
Not everyone.
We had sound papers at our tables.

We went to the calendar.
James was the calendar teacher again.
We added a blue hand.
Tomorrow will be a purple hand.
The calendar helpers put the sentences together.
We read them.
We added a tally mark, a circle, a straw and a circle to Mr. Caterpillar.
We took away a link and a sticker.
We found out what day of school it is.
We found out what is left.
Today is March 26, 2010.

We went to the other floor.
We did the letters.
We played our word game.
We made a video.

We watched the Bark George video.
We wrote about our favorite part of the story Bark George.
Melane did second grade writing!
YAY Melanie!!

We had reading group.
Mrs. V.'s group got our books.
We read page 1!

We saw a fire truck out our window.

We could see Daylin's house.
It is the blue house.

We went to lunch.
We had pizza and fish sticks.
It was good.
There was fruit.
We had bread.
We had salad.
We had peach cobbler.

We went outside to look at the clouds.

Sometimes clouds look like things.
This one looks like a dragon.

We made our own clouds.
We pulled the cotton apart.
They were balls.

Then we drew with white crayons.
We used a white crayon.

We glued our cotton to the paper.

It made clouds.

We worked in centers.

We went to Media.
A lot of friends did not make good choices.
That made Mrs. F. and Mrs. V. sad.
All the girls did the wrong thing.
It was a lot.

We didn't go outside.
The boys that did good in Media went to centers.
All but one boy.
He didn't do the right thing.
The others sat at their table.

We packed our book bags.
We took all the paper out of our cubbies.
We did our blog.
The buses came.
We had a good day!
Tomorrow is a home day!

  1. When I left school, I couldn't see the pretty clouds any more, all i could see was rain. Which clouds do you like more, rain clouds, snow clouds, or pretty sky clouds?
